L.-19 25-1060 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Eat Better by Design, LLC, Sacramento, CA, for the latter to provide up to 200 hours of specialized consulting services to District's Nutrition Services Department to support the development and implementation of high-quality nutrition programs and dietary accommodations, with a focus on three key areas: Meal Accommodation strategies, Central Kitchen Nutrition Systems, and the development of a comprehensive Nutrition Strategy Framework, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the period of April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $21,250.00.
