L.-11 25-0984 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Blenderbox Inc., New York, NY, for the latter to provide an annual SaaS license with 270 hours of on-demand services such as school year rollovers, issue resolution, training, and feature development; cover 30 hours of dedicated Summer Learning Program meetings, hosting resources, and messaging support; piloting a new model to manage data across years and categorize SpEd categories between EnrollWise and Aeries, with key project areas including managing student school year data, refining program configurations, improving the guardian experience with program visibility, enhancing the registration process, and updating email notifications; additional improvements focus on refining summer applications, exports, admin experiences, and permission controls for offer management; and in resolving duplicate student accounts before critical deadlines, via the Student Assignment Department, for the period of April 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $354,000.00.
