It is a great thing that the District is registering to have FULL Local Control, this should allow the district to make more responsible decisions with the allocations of various funds and grants used towards services. In the case of the 6772 Block grant that was allocated for water abatement, this is my request for a Brown Act Remedy to go through the proper steps.
I raise the question about proper protocols being followed as it went from me opposing the idea in February, to being silenced at the March Meeting, just to find out 2 weeks ago, the money was already allocated. So, on behalf of the thousands of students who can only express themselves and learn through music, I'm their voice & asking you to GO BACK and undo these actions

Please GO BACK, and resubmit the request, and go through the proper protocals, it's Critical
in the Case of this resource that would've Serviced thousands of students like my son, that
proper steps are followed, this is my request to the board.
