17-0824 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor (Consultant) Agreement (Under the $87,700) Between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA., for the latter to provide abatement oversight for the kitchen renovation project including PCM sample analysis, transmission electron microcopy and a final report and provide lead visual inspection and dust wipe sampling, in conjunction with the Madison Expansion Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing May 11, 2017, and concluding no later than June 30, 2017, in an amount not-to-exceed $9,125.00.
